這個週末發現好味道:津芳冰城 核仁蛋黃鹹冰棒 Salty Popsicle 台東的冰棒喔!
From East of Taiwan.
Ingredient: Almonds, walnuts, salty egg yolk, and milk
It has been a very famous favor of popsicle since 1975. I think the concept of this popsicle is coming from Chinese cuisine. Some of Taiwanese like to eat sweet fruit with some salt. They think add some salt can make sweet fruit more tasty and yummy. For example, in traditional pastry of Taiwan, the pineapple cake is famous dessert; some of it also add salty yolk to make favor taste more creamy and smell fantastic.

我在網路上查到的冰棒內容物:有加牛奶，核桃杏仁果打碎，但沒有很碎可以吃到到口感，加上鹹蛋黃，口感很香，不會很鹹也不會很甜，散發一種濃郁的香氣。
味道，其實很像是鳳梨蛋黃酥裡面的淡黃餡加上外層鳳梨的那種甜甜鹹鹹的感覺，完全不膩，很清爽很香~

感覺自己好遜，這個好好吃到現在才發現。這家冰店已經有很久的歷史，網路上的資料是說他們民國52年創立，民國64年開發出新的鹹冰棒!
